It was a fantastic experience. Alessandra is a superb host. We really enjoyed cooking traditional Ischian food with her. The menu was very interesting and everything we made (plus Alessandra’s homemade limoncello) was delicious!! We’ll definitely do Cesarine again.

Alessandra was fantastic. She welcomed us into her home and we were made to feel like special guests in her kitchen. We were treated to fantastic recipes and drinks. She let us be as involved as we wanted with a very relaxed atmosphere. The food was incredibly delicious - the best we ate in Forio, and the fresh ingredients were all from her or her family’s garden which made it even more special. The recipes showcased the beauty of fresh ingredients through simple, yet exquisite recipes like bruschetta, two vibrant pasta dishes, and a heavenly homemade tiramisu. The use of tomatoes, lemons, basil, and zucchini brought an authentic and refreshing taste to each dish, making the class both educational and deliciously rewarding. Her recommendations of where else to go on the island were very well appreciated too. I can’t wait to cook the recipes myself at home when we get back, and to do another cooking class with her when we come back to Ischia
