A great cooking class! Alessandra takes her time and really shows her expertise and love for her cooking. We made delicious gnocchi and eggplant parmesan along with Caprese cake. Everything was well layed out and the ingredients were all fresh and vegetables grown in the home garden. A truly unique experience. Some issues finding the street address on Google Maps; the exact Geolocation is: 40.736240, 13.865747

The cooking class was really nice but there are still a few points to improve: - the address sent by the website is not foundable on google maps, the link brought us to another place and we did not know where to go until Alessandra sent her precise localisation, which made us to be late; - the class lasted 2 hours instead of 3; - the recipes Alessandra herself offered to send have never been sent... So I find the price a bit exagerated in such conditions.

Wonderful experience with delicious Ischian flavors! Alessandra was patient as we attempted to master the gnocchi making, and just an overall delight in her stories of food and the island. And a note to other guests, the rabbit stew tastes even more tender than chicken!

My husband, 16yo son and I took a class with Alessandra, and she was wonderful! She accommodated our request to learn about the local cuisine of rabbit. We made gnocchi, potato croquette appetizer, rabbit in a delicate sauce and chocolate torte. All were delicious and easy enough for us to make again at home. She offered to use gluten free ingredients for my needs at multiple steps. She provided restaurant recommendations for later in our stay too. She was also responsive in all our planning leading up to our class. We would recommend her highly!!
