- My husband, 16yo son and I took a class with Alessandra, and she was wonderful! She accommodated our request to learn about the local cuisine of rabbit. We made gnocchi, potato croquette appetizer, rabbit in a delicate sauce and chocolate torte. All were delicious and easy enough for us to make again at home. She offered to use gluten free ingredients for my needs at multiple steps. She provided restaurant recommendations for later in our stay too. She was also responsive in all our planning leading up to our class. We would recommend her highly!!
- It was a fantastic experience. Alessandra is a superb host. We really enjoyed cooking traditional Ischian food with her. The menu was very interesting and everything we made (plus Alessandra’s homemade limoncello) was delicious!! We’ll definitely do Cesarine again.
- Alessandra was a brilliant host and we had a fun time. She explained things well and answered all of our questions. We loved the food and will definitely be trying to recreate the food back at home.
