: A great cooking class! Alessandra takes her time and really shows her expertise and love for her cooking. We made delicious gnocchi and eggplant parmesan along with Caprese cake. Everything was well layed out and the ingredients were all fresh and vegetables grown in the home garden. A truly unique experience.
