I love experimenting with new recipes, but my greatest passion is traditional Trentino cuisine, with its authentic flavors and local ingredients. I enjoy sharing regional recipes, such as canederli (traditional bread dumplings), which I prepare in different varieties, including trout and cheese. My specialties also include carne salada with beans and tortel di patate (traditional potato fritters), served with local cured meats and cheeses. Through my cooking, I hope to introduce guests to the genuine flavors of Trentino, sharing recipes, stories and traditions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere
