My culinary passion encompasses a wide range of recipes, but my favorite dishes to prepare are pasta dishes, varying in their preparation, and dishes based on fish and vegetables. My cooking is guided by inspiration, creativity, and feeling: I favor light cuisine, pay special attention to the use of seasonings, and prioritize the use of seasonal products. When possible, I choose zero km products, with a keen eye for quality and ethics. My cooking skills are an inheritance from my paternal grandmother, the incomparable cook Gemma, born and raised on Burano, a small island near Venice. For me, cooking is more than a passion: it's a way to relax and experience joy. Preparing food for others gives me deep satisfaction; I see it as a gift, a piece of love that I can share.
