Comfort food to warm up in the foggy winter nights of Milan! You will be welcomed by a taste of typical local products, coming from farms located in the outskirts of the city. You will have fresh hand-made pasta made with organic ingredients and a surprising dessert... made with chocolate and butternut!I will be glat to host you in my small and cozy flat "old Milano", with ancient wooden floors and big windows overlooking early twentieth century houses, in a lively neighborhood close to the Railway Central Station. You will find a piano available for guests who love playing music.This menu is suitable to vegan and vegetarian guests, because it does not contain animal ingredients.

Autumn is the season of abundance: the earth has received the warmth of summer sun and offers a variety of vegetables - just before the winter rest. Here in Milan and the rest of northern Italy, vegetables are ripe late summer, that means that especially in early autumn we can taste both summer vegetables - like eggplants and peppers - together with typical fall products, like butternuts and broccolis: a burst of flavour and colours!In this dinner menu all ingredients are organic and come from farms located in the outskirts of Milan.I will be glat to welcome you in my small and charming flat "old Milano": guests are invited to play piano before of after eating together!

Three-course lunch or dinner, surrounded by a flower garden overlooking the hills of Como.Each course aims to enhance the products of local excellence.The home-made pasta with aromatic herbs and the so-called cake "caulat", which contains the secret of an ancient Lombard recipe, are the top dishes of this menu, accompanied by fine wines of my territory.Water and coffee are included.Vegetarian alternatives are available on request.I love to share and exploit the natural flavours and the genuinity of the products that my land offers.

Spring blooms on the table 

We look forward to welcoming you to our table to enjoy a 5-course seafood menu, depending on what the market offers. Among our highlights you will find: tuna meatballs, cod ravioli, stuffed squid, baked scabbard fish, marinated anchovies, mussel peppered... Desserts include our mouth-watering Tiramisu or apple pie with mascarpone cream. Homemade breads, crackers and breadsticks made by us. To accompany us, red and white wines from the area. To conclude the experience, our not-to-be-missed Limocello!

Our Milan: capital of fresh fish

After a welcome drink, in this experience we will prepare Capunto pasta (typical from Puglia) with buffalo chop ragout and Lodigiano wine, all of course km 0, ingredients purchased from local growers.We will start by preparing the buffalo chops and then continue to knead the homemade pasta.Dinner will end with cookies and limoncello, all home made of course.
