Every experience is available all over Italy. The recipient can decide the city where he/she wants to have the experience.

Gift Products cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.

If you have made a booking with a Gift Experience and your reservation has been cancelled for any reason (within our Cancellation Policy), your gift voucher will automatically be credited to the original amount and you will be able to use it again. Unfortunately we can not provide a monetary refund.
