Salsomaggiore: tour and wine tasting

Tasting Experience: visit the winery and vineyard and immerse yourself in a tasting of regional wines and traditional local dishes

The tour lasts about two hours and is divided into three distinct moments:

Vineyard: The first in the vineyard, with a privileged look at the vines and the climatic characteristics of the area , told directly by those who care for them and extract the nectar that will be wine. Winery: This is followed by a visit to the cellar, discovering all the secrets of winemaking from the past and antiquity, which are combined with our state-of-the-art technique. Tasting of at least 5 labels accompanied by the best artisanal products of the Food Valley, including oil and olives of our own production, cured meats and cheeses of excellence typical of the Parma context.
