- I tagged along to Italy with my husband for his work. I booked this cooking class as something to do while he was busy. I love cooking and could not have anticipated what an amazing adventure I was about to have. Mauro and Natalia proved to be amazing hosts with a beautiful home. Their flexibility and willingness to learn and teach are what made this experience unforgettable. I was originally booked at a different home, but they had to cancel and I was unavailable the other date they had. Fortunately for me, Mauro and Natalia accepted me as their first guest in their kitchen. They are working to learn English and are very good at communicating. They taught with such ease and are very knowledgeable cooks. This was my first trip a few months after my mom had passed away unexpectedly. I appreciated the distraction from my sadness and felt the love for cooking in their home kitchen. I would love to take my family in the future so they could experience the wonderful cooking class for themselves and I could see Mauro and Natalia again!
- Mauro and Natalia hosted us in their home for a wonderful night of pizza, wine, and conversation! Mauro is an absolute professional and each pizza came out of his wood fired oven perfectly cooked. I already miss hearing his bell ring indicating the pizza is done! My wife and I had a great night and we both agreed it was our best night in Italy! Cheers Mauro and Natalia!
- Mauro and his wife were absolutely amazing hosts for an evening of food and drinks. We had our 6 year old son along with us (he’s a great helper in the kitchen) and they went all out to accommodate him. You could truly feel the care and love for hosting/sharing a kitchen with this family. Best night we had in Italy! If I could give 10 stars I would!

- Very beautiful esperience at Mauro’s Home. His wife and he are very welcoming like a family. They divinely cook typical Parma products and they have a wide range of wines, infusions and spirits. After the lunch they showed us their big garden with different type of fruit plant and its rowns of vines. Very happy to have had this experience❤️
