We had a great time learning how to make pizza with Mauro and his wife in their beautiful home outside of Parma. They taught us to make several different types of pizza in their wood burning brick oven and shared great conversations with us. It was one of the highlights of our trip. I can’t say enough good things about the experience - great food, great company, great everything! most delicious tiramisu I've ever tasted. Their
limited English and our limited Italian was not
