: An amazing experience making an authentic Parma meal with Cristina and great company of Enzo. Learned new cooking skills and felt very welcome into their home. One of the highlights of our trip!
: We had a lovely afternoon and early evening with Maria Christina and her husband Enzo, who welcomed us into their traditional home and treated us as extended members of their family. We learnt a lot about pasta making, and had an excellent meal that included parma ham and the pasta that was made earlier.
: This was a great experience! Cristina makes you feel at home. Cristina really loves what she does and puts her heart into everything she cooks. The ambience of cooking with family and having a family meal on their home was something to remember.
: We loved that moment. Cristina was great. We were able to make a dessert and a lasagne while making the pasta and she let us take notes so we could redo the recipe. As well as a good cookery lesson, the atmosphere at the table was great with her husband. We had a wonderful evening.
: Christina and Enzo were absolutely amazing they made my whole family feel at home. The food was really good and very different to what we are used to. They made us laugh and they were so great with the kids. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is considering it.

Here, in this house that gives access to a garden of secret beauty in the back, we have the occasion to meet our Guide who – as she tells us – has always loved to cook, ever since she was a little girl. Her passion for cooking was passed down to her by her mother and her grandmother who, with great mastery, would serve up extraordinary menus of which she holds the secrets today.
