I am Mauro, the Cesarino of Parma, and I am here to guide you on a culinary journey through my land, rich in Italian traditions and passion. In my kitchen, every dish tells a story. Welcome to my world, where unique flavors and traditions blend seamlessly. I look forward to welcoming you to my cozy countryside villa for a cooking lesson featuring products from our wonderful area, the Parma region. We will start with a mixed cold cuts appetizer, Parmigiano Reggiano flakes, and garden vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce. Following that, the main course will be anolini in broth, and to conclude, a selection of cakes baked in the wood-fired oven, all accompanied by Lambrusco and Malvasia DOP. I can't wait to see you!

I tagged along to Italy with my husband for his work. I booked this cooking class as something to do while he was busy. I love cooking and could not have anticipated what an amazing adventure I was about to have. Mauro and Natalia proved to be amazing hosts with a beautiful home. Their flexibility and willingness to learn and teach are what made this experience unforgettable. I was originally booked at a different home, but they had to cancel and I was unavailable the other date they had. Fortunately for me, Mauro and Natalia accepted me as their first guest in their kitchen. They are working to learn English and are very good at communicating. They taught with such ease and are very knowledgeable cooks. This was my first trip a few months after my mom had passed away unexpectedly. I appreciated the distraction from my sadness and felt the love for cooking in their home kitchen. I would love to take my family in the future so they could experience the wonderful cooking class for themselves and I could see Mauro and Natalia again!

What a meal! Mauro and Natalia not only welcomed us to their beautiful home but helped us create fabulous dishes all whilst having a great laugh. With the use of local produce, we are able to take home memories and recipes with us. We cannot recommend this experience enough, they are absolutely lovely with great hospitality.

Der Abend bei Mauro und Natalia waren einfach fantastisch! Die Atmosphäre, das Essen,liebe zum Detail, der wundervolle Obstgarten und zum Schluß die Liköre…ein absolutes Highlight in unserem Urlaub. Una bellissima domenica in famiglia! Un modo divertente di imparare a cucinare cibi della tradizione emiliana in compagni di due bravissimi host. Oltre alla lezione di cucina abbiamo condiviso prodotti artigianali buonissimi, preparati con tanta passione. Passione che Mauro e Natalia trasmettono in tutto ciò che fanno. La ciliegina sulla torta è la location, una casa in campagna curatissima immersa in un frutteto familiare che fornisce un luogo di relax dopo l'ottimo pranzo. Grazie davvero dell'esperienza, non abbiamo smesso un attimo di sorridere

Mauro and his wife were absolutely amazing hosts for an evening of food and drinks. We had our 6 year old son along with us (he’s a great helper in the kitchen) and they went all out to accommodate him. You could truly feel the care and love for hosting/sharing a kitchen with this family. Best night we had in Italy! If I could give 10 stars I would!
