I am Mauro, the Cesarino of Parma, and I am here to guide you on a culinary journey through my land, rich in Italian traditions and passion. In my kitchen, every dish tells a story. Welcome to my world, where unique flavors and traditions blend seamlessly. I look forward to welcoming you to my cozy countryside villa for a cooking lesson featuring products from our wonderful area, the Parma region. We will start with a mixed cold cuts appetizer, Parmigiano Reggiano flakes, and garden vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce. Following that, the main course will be anolini in broth, and to conclude, a selection of cakes baked in the wood-fired oven, all accompanied by Lambrusco and Malvasia DOP. I can't wait to see you!

Mauro and his wife were absolutely amazing hosts for an evening of food and drinks. We had our 6 year old son along with us (he’s a great helper in the kitchen) and they went all out to accommodate him. You could truly feel the care and love for hosting/sharing a kitchen with this family. Best night we had in Italy! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Very beautiful esperience at Mauro’s Home. His wife and he are very welcoming like a family. They divinely cook typical Parma products and they have a wide range of wines, infusions and spirits. After the lunch they showed us their big garden with different type of fruit plant and its rowns of vines. Very happy to have had this experience❤️
