Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

After a welcome aperitif, it's time to get to work. Using vegetables from the garden, including sage, borage, celery, zucchini flowers (depending on the season) and a batter made from flour and water, guests learn how to fry fritters.

After eating the fritters accompanied by a sparkling white wine, we move on to homemade pasta. Guests, wearing aprons and gloves, begin to knead the dough under the guidance of Cesarina Gabriella. They roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then cut it and... voilà, the tagliatelle is ready to be plunged into boiling water and then tossed with a delicious ragù. Then it's time for dessert: jam tart, zuppa inglese, apple pie, fruit tiramisu, and coffee.
