After a welcome drink, the work begins.
With vegetables from the garden, including sage, borage, celery, squash blossoms (depending on the season) and batter made of flour and water, guests learn how to fry fritters. After eating the fritters accompanied by a crisp white wine, they move on to homemade pasta. Guests with aprons and gloves, under the directives of Cesarina Gabriella, begin to put their hands in the dough. With a rolling pin they roll out the pasta sheet and then cut it and.... voilà the noodles are ready to plunge into boiling water and then meet a good ragout. They then move on to dessert: jam tart, zuppa inglese, apple pie, fruit tiramisu, coffee... and to finish the Cesarine's liqueurs.

- Wow! We had a family party of 7 for my Mother in Laws 80the birthday and the sisters were the best. From just being hosts to teaching the way they make pasta, it was nice and friendly but personal. And the end result was the most delicious past I have ever had in my life. I want to come back every week!!!
- If I can give them 10stars I would. Both sisters were fantastic and the meal was delicious. I highly recommend this to do if you are in or around Pontremoli. The entire experience, the laughs and the conversation with them just made it all the better.
