    Depending on the season, we start with a mixed appetizer including vegetable pie, fritters, focaccia, cold cuts, and patona with ricotta cheese.

    We continue with typical local first courses: testaroli, tortelli, homemade pasta, and polenta with meat sauce, mushroom and vegetable sauces. Then dishes such as sausage and cabbage from our garden, roast with local potatoes, fagioli all'uccelletto with cotechino, stew with polenta and cheeses from Zeri are offered. Then follow the Cesarine's desserts: tiramisu, zuppa inglese, tart with homemade jam, apple pie with custard, bucelatto with chocolate drops...coffee And to finish...the Cesarine's liqueurs!
