Join us for an appetizing cooking class where you'll learn how to make eggplant parmigiana step by step: from crispy, floured and fried slices to layering with fresh tomato and smoked provolone. Then, we will discover together how to create two tasty variations of stuffed peppers: one with a rich filling of minced meat and flavored rice, the other lighter with breadcrumbs, mozzarella and capers. To close our cooking class, we will delight the palate with crunchy chocolate cantucci, perfect to accompany local wine. A journey into authentic flavors, to be experienced with all the senses.
