After the tour, we’ll head back to our home, where we’ll guide you through the preparation of traditional Ligurian dishes. We’ll start with an appetizer of focaccine and sgabei, paired with typical local cured meats, followed by a fresh pasta dish with seasonal vegetables.     5 starts isn’t enough! This was the absolute highlight of our honeymoon! Our hosts were absolutely amazing and this was a once in a lifetime experience. Their house was beautiful and the food we made was authentic and fresh! We didn’t want it to end!

    I am a chef and pizzaiolo with international experience and a deep passion for traditional cuisine. I love cooking with my mother on her beautiful terrace overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia, a perfect place to welcome friends and guests to enjoy our dishes. My specialties include pizza, focaccia, vegetable pies, and homemade pasta, always made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. During the summer, we use fresh vegetables from our family garden, bringing the best seasonal flavors to the table. I have a strong connection to Ligurian and Tuscan cuisine, and one of the experiences we offer is an authentic pesto-making class using a mortar, just as tradition dictates. An experience filled with the aroma of fresh basil that truly captures the essence of our land.
