I love cooking with my mother on her beautiful terrace overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia, a perfect place to welcome friends and guests to enjoy our dishes. My specialties include pizza, focaccia, vegetable pies, and homemade pasta, always made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. During the summer, we use fresh vegetables from our family garden, bringing the best seasonal flavors to the table. I have a strong connection to Ligurian and Tuscan cuisine, and one of the experiences we offer is an authentic pesto-making class using a mortar, just as tradition dictates. An experience filled with the aroma of fresh basil that truly captures the essence of our land.
