Duration 3h

Spoken languages:  Italian and English

Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared during the lesson

Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Tagliatelle (homemade pasta) with pesto
  • Ravioli (homemade pasta) with butter and sage
  • Tiramisu with coffee and cocoa

I will be waiting for you at my home, in an intimate and typical Ligurian setting with a picturesque view over the rooftops of Riomaggiore. Between chats and some good local wine, we will prepare pesto together while I tell you about the origins and importance of the ingredients. I always choose natural organic and km zero products.

It will be fun to get our hands in the pasta making ravioli and tagliatelle. We will make a classic tiramisu but with the right adjustments for our times and then continue in total relaxation tasting what we have prepared with such dedication and love.

Giulia was excellent! My wife and I had fun making two kinds of pasta and tiramisu. We enjoyed the class and the conversation. Great way to spend a portion of a day in Cinque Terre.

Highly recommend. Great, authentic experience, and still thinking about how delicious those raviolis were. I can't wait to make them on my own!

Giulia and her husband Alessandro were friendly and welcoming. Great communication. She is an excellent cook and great teacher! We loved making these classic recipes and then sharing them with her and her husband while talking about the area. They provided a snack while she cleaned up (delicious). It was an intimate, fun experience which we loved!

Giulia was an amazing instructor! The experience was great and intimate (there were two of us in the class). When we arrived, she kindly greeted us. When we needed to let the dough rest, she provided us with some snacks that she made that day. Very thoughtful. I love that we were able to sit down at the end and enjoy the amazing food we made whilst continuing to get to know one another and explore different cultures. I highly recommend her class!

It was a wonderful morning with Giulia in her apartment with beautiful views of the town. Lovely small group (4 people) and Giulia made it such a relaxed environment. There were plenty of snacks, wine and coffee. The pasta making was almost therapeutic. The teramisu was simple yet delicious. Would highly recommend. We left with a full stomach and smile on our faces. Thank you Giulia!

My cuisine is deeply connected to the primary ingredients of my region. Simple pairings yet with a unique flavor where each ingredient is highlighted. When I step into the kitchen, I am happy; my dishes are a combination of memories and flavors from when I was young, when it was my grandmother and my mother cooking, to today, where I am the one cooking for my family. For my loved ones, I often make fresh pasta and also condiments like pesto or walnut sauce depending on the season. I also enjoy making desserts, from tiramisu to apple cake and sweet rice cake.
