I will be waiting for you at my home, in an intimate and typical Ligurian setting with a picturesque view over the rooftops of Riomaggiore. Between chats and some good local wine, we will prepare pesto together while I tell you about the origins and importance of the ingredients. I always choose natural organic and km zero products.
It will be fun to get our hands in the pasta making ravioli and tagliatelle. We will make a classic tiramisu but with the right adjustments for our times and then continue in total relaxation tasting what we have prepared with such dedication and love.

- My wife and I I had an amazing time with Giulia in Riomaggiore learning to make delicious ravioli, tagliatelle and of course tiramisu. Highly recommend not eating breakfast or anything else before you go…you will want to eat everything made with Giulia.

- What a great morning! We booked last minute due to terrible weather and this experience ended up being a highlight of our trip. We very much enjoyed cooking and laughing and eating with Giulia. Highly recommend, even if it isn't a terrible weather day!

- Giulia was our teacher/chef. She was a delight and a wonderful teacher. She answered all of our cooking questions and let us do the work so we could really learn. The food was delicious and one of our favorite meals in Italy,/.. we made ricotta and spinach ravioli in a sage butter sauce, tagliatelle pasta with pesto, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious and can’t wait to try and make them when we get home. This was a highlight experience of our trip!

Simple pairings yet with a unique flavor where each ingredient is highlighted. When I step into the kitchen, I am happy; my dishes are a combination of memories and flavors from when I was young, when it was my grandmother and my mother cooking, to today, where I am the one cooking for my family. For my loved ones, I often make fresh pasta and also condiments like pesto or walnut sauce depending on the season. I also enjoy making desserts, from tiramisu to apple cake and sweet rice cake.
