Hi from Olta Giulia!

My cuisine is deeply connected to the primary ingredients of my region. Simple pairings yet with a unique flavor where each ingredient is highlighted. When I step into the kitchen, I am happy; my dishes are a combination of memories and flavors from when I was young, when it was my grandmother and my mother cooking, to today, where I am the one cooking for my family. For my loved ones, I often make fresh pasta and also condiments like pesto or walnut sauce depending on the season. I also enjoy making desserts, from tiramisu to apple cake and sweet rice cake.

What a great morning! We booked last minute due to terrible weather and this experience ended up being a highlight of our trip. We very much enjoyed cooking and laughing and eating with Giulia. Highly recommend, even if it isn't a terrible weather day!

Gulia welcomed us with open arms into her home which super easy to find! It was our first time to Italy along with making pasta. Wine, fun and yummy food was had on my next trip I will be booking another class!

Giulia was our teacher/chef. She was a delight and a wonderful teacher. She answered all of our cooking questions and let us do the work so we could really learn. The food was delicious and one of our favorite meals in Italy,/.. we made ricotta and spinach ravioli in a sage butter sauce, tagliatelle pasta with pesto, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious and can’t wait to try and make them when we get home. This was a highlight experience of our trip!

We did a ravioli class and it was so much fun. I’ve never made pasta before but she broke it down into several easy steps. She also explained different options for the stuffing. She showed us how to make two different sauces to use with the ravioli and they were both delicious. At the end we enjoyed all of the hard work with a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this class
