Roberto welcomes us to his home, in the hilly area of La Spezia, with an evocative view of the city and its gulf, known as the 'golfo dei poeti'.Roberto loves cooking more than anything else, making use of “forgotten” local produce and vegetables that he grows in his own vegetable garden. In spring and summer he welcomes guests in his large garden, where you can taste freshly picked garden produce or fresh fish from the market in La Spezia. "I started cooking when I was at university and since then I haven't stopped.It has become my lifelong passion."
