Disfrutaremos de los platos típicos de mi ciudad, como las Sagne Ncannulate (pasta fresca hecha a mano, característica de la zona) o los ciceri e tria (cocinados como lo hacía mi abuela en la chimenea). Todo ello acompañado de un excelente vino local y precedido de un aperitivo compuesto por productos típicos de la zona. Para terminar, nos deleitaremos con un delicioso tiramisú. Cada ingrediente es fruto de mi pasión por la tierra, cultivada junto con mi familia. Mi cocina es el espacio que más me llena de alegría, y estaré encantada de compartirlo con vosotros en un ambiente que huele a familia.

Katia & her whole family were extremely, warm, generous,& welcoming. We made the local typically bread which was delicious. Unexpectedly, she served us a complete lunch; meatballs, grilled zucchini, several kinds of peppers , meat, & fish. Her tiramisu was delicious! It is a very short cab ride or drive from Lecce, only about 10-15 minutes. Absolutely lovely & memorable experience.

Katia and her family were very kind and friendly! You feel like home! The food grown in their garden was delicious! The Tiramisu was fabulous! What a wonderful evening! Katia was so kind to pick me from and take me back to my apartment! Thank you wonderful people for the great experience!

I had an amazing time at Katia's home. She warmly welcomed me and one other student and we learned two types of traditional pasta and tiramisu. (I had never made either before.) In addition, she served us an incredible dinner with wine, wonderful cheeses, homemade bread, meatballs and vegetable dishes sourced from her garden. I felt right at home with her family. If you are staying near Lecce you must do this.

Katia and her family were amazing. They offered us a good coffee and then, we have begun the preparation of the pastas. It was really fun (and not easy) but Katia helped us a lot with her very good explanations :) Then, Prossecco time and we ate together with her husband and her son. It was the birthday of my husband on that date and Katia managed to put a candle on her tiramisu and we sang Auguri a te. A very nice and kind experience 🥰
