¡Manos a la obra y rodillo! No te preocupes si nunca has hecho pasta a mano, los gestos sencillos y antiguos a la vez, transmitidos por abuelas y madres, te harán descubrir que es fácil.

Prepararemos tres tipos diferentes de pasta, aprendiendo también a usar el rodillo. Será divertido y relajante, y utilizando antiguas recetas familiares, aderezaremos estas pastas con ingredientes típicos de mi tierra, donde el volcán Etna transforma los alimentos sencillos en extraordinarios por sus colores, aromas y sabores. Entre relatos de dominaciones, tradiciones y leyendas, degustaremos juntos lo que hayamos preparado.

The Hands in Dough and Rolling Pin cooking class with Antonella was amazing. She walked us through how to make and cook pasta in her charming family home, sharing her techniques and old family recipes. We made three different types of pasta and ended the day with a incredible meal. Antonella is a wonderful cook and person, who made our day relaxing and fun.
