La cocina es mi mayor pasión. Aprendí desde pequeña, en mi familia, y me encanta compartir las recetas y las antiguas tradiciones culinarias de mi tierra, Apulia, junto con las de la Toscana. Me gusta contar el significado de algunos de los platos que cocinamos, cómo surgieron, la historia que hay detrás de ellos. Ver a la gente disfrutar en mi cocina me llena de alegría, y mi objetivo es dejarles algo que puedan llevarse consigo. A mis huéspedes les ofrezco el traslado de ida y vuelta desde Florencia a Barberino Tavarnelle.

- Originally signed up for lunch but we changed reservations for an evening class with Opera after dinner and got to meet a great group of people. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My mom and I helped with dessert, peach panna cotta. And had so much fun forming the pasta shells. We’ll definitely experiment making these at home. Lulu and Mario were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this experience.

- My family of four were hosted by Lucrezia and Christina for a private pasta-making class and the experience was magical. The setting, an old farmhouse nestled into the Tuscan vineyards that provided our wine for the evening, was breathtaking. Lucrezia was warm and welcoming, and both she and Christina were excellent instructors. We gathered our ingredients from the property’s garden and then made two types of bruschetta, a zucchini salad, two types of pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Lucrezia and Christina kept all of us engaged, laughing and learning the whole way through. Highly recommend this experience!
