Rejoins-moi chez moi, entre la mer et le jardin, pour un cours de cuisine spécial !
On va préparer la pâte et faire frire les frisceu génois typiques, parfaits pour l'apéro, puis on va apprendre à faire les « mandilli de sea », ces délicates lasagnette ligures à assaisonner avec du pesto, et on va découvrir les secrets du célèbre tiramisu, dans sa version classique au café ou avec les fruits de saison, le tout conservé dans des bocaux. Enfin, nous nous détendrons en prenant l'apéritif avec des amuse-bouches typiques, puis nous dégusterons ce que nous aurons préparé ensemble. Je serai heureuse de vous accueillir dans le jardin, face à la mer, si le temps le permet, sinon dans la salle à manger autour de la grande table de l'arrière-grand-mère.

- Our cooking lesson with Vittoria was wonderful! My partner and I went to her lovely, cozy home and were immediately at ease with Vittoria. She explained the recipes and walked us through them with ease, humor and precision - making our first cooking class together very enjoyable. We loved chatting with her too through the apertivo and sharing the food we made. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Liguria and we would recommend the experience 100% to anyone visiting. We’re excited to try the recipes out at home!
- This experience has exceeded all expectations, we F38 M36, fully recommend this. Vittoria, with her love of the local history, traditions and cuisine comits to teaching and telling the stories through the dishes, in her home overseeing the sea. Of course she wasn't able to change the weather, but the Antipasti, Primi e Secondi Piatti, all were delicious and we all but had forgotten the thunderstorm and torrential rain. We felt honoured to have gotten such a personable cooking lesson, with loads patience from Vittoria for such newbies at the art of Lingurian food preperation. Grazie Mille Vittoria
- We had an absolutely lovely time at Victoria’s. Aside from being a wonderful cook she is a very hospitable and generous person. The conversation was great fun, interesting and her home was just full of character and with a stunning garden where we picked all the herbs we needed for our lunch. I wish we could return tomorrow for more!!!!
- We had the most incredible time with Vittoria. She was warm,inviting and eager to answer any questions. She even provided us with extra pasta to cook back our Airbnb while staying in Genoa. Would highly recommend this activity!
