    Deviens fromager le temps d'une journée dans l'une des plus anciennes fromageries de Vico Equense ! Participe à notre cours de cuisine sur le lait, où tu apprendras à préparer la délicieuse mozzarella « La Mozzarella ». Après le cours, tu pourras déguster les produits laitiers dans l'entrée du fromager et te mettre au travail pour préparer les scialatielli alla Sorrentina, en utilisant des œufs frais et la mozzarella que tu auras préparée toi-même.

    Pour finir, tu régaleras tes papilles avec le délicieux dessert à la ricotta de grand-mère Maria, accompagné de beurre et de confiture bio de notre potager. Une expérience inoubliable à ne pas manquer !

    Esperienza semplicemente fantastica al Caseificio Starace. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa, grazie soprattutto ad Angela e Antonio, due persone straordinarie. La loro passione per il lavoro che fanno si percepisce in ogni spiegazione, gesto e sorriso. Angela è stata gentilissima e attenta, sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni curiosità, mentre Antonio ci ha trasmesso tutto l’amore e la competenza che mette nella produzione dei formaggi. È raro incontrare persone così autentiche e generose nel condividere il proprio sapere.

    I had a wonderful time cooking with Marie Teresa! The experience took place at a charming cheese shop where they craft a variety of mozzarella and other cheeses on-site. During the class, we made tiramisu and fresh pasta with basil, using nearly all ingredients sourced from their farm! The milk came from their cows, the eggs from their chickens, and the basil was freshly picked from a garden outside. Even the honey we drizzled on one of the cheeses was from their uncle’s farm! It was such a terrific experience. I was also delighted by a surprise visit from their two-year-old, who was bursting with charisma. At the end of the tour, I got a sneak peek into their mozzarella-making process. Overall, it was a blast and a joy to spend time with a family so deeply rooted in their community. Thank you! I highly recommend it. And don’t forget to grab some cheese on your way out if something catches your fancy!

    What a great cooking class!! Antonio and Angela welcomed us into their family home with welcome arms, making us feel very comfortable. We made tiramisu and pasta and enjoyed every bite! For anyone looking for an authentic, non-tourist cooking class I HIGHLY recommend Antonio and Angela!

    What a lovely time we had with Angela learning the local recipes for eggplant parmigiana, marinara sauce with spaghetti, caprese salad, and tiramisu. We were so lucky to be the only two guests that night so Angela gave us such personal treatmeat, including meeting her wonderful husband and adorable daughter.
