    Découvrez les saveurs authentiques de la Sardaigne dans un atelier culinaire de deux heures consacré à deux spécialités traditionnelles : les culurgiones et les lorighittas. Nous préparerons ensemble les culurgiones, des raviolis typiques farcis de pommes de terre, de pecorino et de menthe, fermés par une couture en forme d'épi. Puis ce sera au tour des lorighittas, les pâtes tressées à la main de Morgongiori. Je te guiderai pas à pas dans une expérience authentique, entre mains dans la pâte, sourires et passion pour notre terre. Vis la tradition sarde dans ma cuisine, le cœur de la maison. Prêt à mettre les mains dans la pâte ?

    I had a wonderful experience learning to make authentic Sardinian pasta with Federica in her kitchen. This class specifically featured how to make culurgiones and lorighittas. Federica was warm and welcoming to our group of 5. Her kitchen was super clean with room for us to watch her demo and practice making each type of pasta. We then had the pleasure of eating our creations together at her lovely dining table. Federica was patient, and an excellent instructor. She was generous with her time, and shared details about Sardinian food and culture that enhanced my understanding. This was one of my top experiences in Sardinia - I highly recommend Federica's class to anyone curious to learn authentic Sardinian flavours in a home environment.

    We had a wonderful time attending the cooking class with Federica. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Federica welcomed us warmly into her space and made us feel at home from the beginning. Federica is a great teacher, and very generous with her knowledge about Sardinian food, you can really feel how passionate she is about it. We learned so much during the course and appreciated her detailed and insightful explanations. The hands-on experience was fantastic, and her patience and encouragement made the learning process enjoyable and rewarding. If you want to learn about Sardinian pasta Federica is the right person :-)

    Our class was great Federica had a lot of patience with us, especially with learning the technique. She gave us great ideas about sauces to use for the pastas we made. It was very nice that she also had a welcome snack for us when we arrived. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have the recipes either printed out or available to email after the class. I did take good notes and she was very accommodating and repeating things but it would have been a little easier if I had it been provided as in other classes that I've taken in the past. Overall, we really enjoyed our time spent with her and appreciate her hospitality! We would highly recommend taking her classes.
