Bonjour de la part de Annamaria !

Cuisinière par passion et par profession, notre Cesarina Annamaria possède une expérience dans le domaine de la formation gastronomique tant en Italie que dans différentes parties du monde. « Ma cuisine allie tradition, santé et une grande attention portée aux ingrédients et à la légèreté ». Annamaria nous accueille dans sa maison chaleureuse et élégante, surplombant le lac de Côme. Nous sommes à Lierna, un petit village riche en histoire, dont les racines remontent à la Rome antique. Dans ce coin de paradis, immergé dans le calme et la beauté naturelle, nous pouvons déguster les délices d'Annamaria. Ses recettes respectent la saisonnalité des produits et les traditions du territoire, en recherchant toujours la légèreté, grâce à un équilibre parfait entre les différents ingrédients.

Anna’s cooking class was the highlight of our Lake Como vacation!! She immediately made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, fun, and thorough. I really enjoyed learning about the nuances of making pasta, and all of the factors that can affect how it comes out. The food we made was perhaps our favorite meal on the trip! Thank you Anna for such an amazing experience :)

We can not rave enough about are amazing hostess and her class. In her kitchen, high above Lake Como, my husband and I learned how to make pastas, tiramisu and bruschetta. Yum..She was so knowledgeable, (had owned her own restraurant) and was very positive, encouraging and kind. One of the high points of our 2 week adventure. Hope she writes a cookbook.❤️❤️

This class exceeded all of our expectations, and then some. Our most delightful and experienced Chef Annamaria, could not have done more to make us feel welcome and at home in her kitchen. I feel we have a new friend. She taught us so much—including secrets-and was very supportive and always encouraging. Hope she writes a cookbook one day.
