Bonjour de la part de Lucrezia !
La cuisine est ma plus grande passion. J'ai appris dès mon plus jeune âge, dans ma famille, et j'aime partager les recettes et les anciennes traditions culinaires de ma région, les Pouilles, ainsi que celles de la Toscane. J'aime raconter la signification de certains plats que nous cuisinons, leur origine, leur histoire. Voir des gens s'amuser dans ma cuisine me remplit de joie, et mon objectif est de leur laisser quelque chose qu'ils pourront emporter avec eux. J'offre à mes hôtes le transfert aller-retour entre Florence et Barberino Tavarnelle.

- Originally signed up for lunch but we changed reservations for an evening class with Opera after dinner and got to meet a great group of people. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My mom and I helped with dessert, peach panna cotta. And had so much fun forming the pasta shells. We’ll definitely experiment making these at home. Lulu and Mario were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this experience.

- My family of four were hosted by Lucrezia and Christina for a private pasta-making class and the experience was magical. The setting, an old farmhouse nestled into the Tuscan vineyards that provided our wine for the evening, was breathtaking. Lucrezia was warm and welcoming, and both she and Christina were excellent instructors. We gathered our ingredients from the property’s garden and then made two types of bruschetta, a zucchini salad, two types of pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Lucrezia and Christina kept all of us engaged, laughing and learning the whole way through. Highly recommend this experience!
