In questo affascinante corso di cucina, tenuto nella mia accogliente casa a Lavagna, ci immergeremo nella preparazione di tre irresistibili ricette. Per iniziare, condividerò con entusiasmo i segreti per realizzare i deliziosi testaieu al pesto in modo rapido e semplice. Successivamente, ci dedicheremo alla realizzazione della classica pasta ligure, i Corzetti, accompagnati da una salsa raffinata di pinoli e maggiorana. Inoltre, avrete il privilegio di scoprire la nostra preziosa ricetta di famiglia per il tiramisù. Concluderemo questa esperienza culinaria unica sedendoci a tavola per gustare insieme i piatti appena preparati, il tutto abbinato a un eccellente vino ligure. Non vedo l'ora di condividere con voi questa autentica e conviviale avventura gastronomica.

: This was a highlight of our trip. We were welcomed into Ivan’s home and felt instantly at home. Between the fantastic wine, food, friendly dog and engaging conversation it felt as though we were going to a friends house for dinner. We learnt about traditional customs and food from the area and also received great tips for things to try and do while we are here. It was a 10/10 experience and we will be coming back!
: Ivan’s cooking experience was the highlight of our trip. He welcomed us into his beautiful home and shared his passion for cooking with us. The pasta, pesto, wine, and tiramisu were better than you could get at any restaurant we have visited. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and would highly recommend!!
: I took Ivan’s 3 course cooking class where we made fresh pesto, pasta, and tiramisu! It was an incredible experience to cook with Ivan who gave us all his secret cooking tips. The class could not have been in a better setting. We cooked together in his historic home located in a lovely seaside town. We closed the evening dining in the home’s garden. I highly recommend this class!
: Words cannot describe how amazing our time with Ivan truly was. The food, wine, and hands on cooking was the experience of a lifetime for me and my family. The greatest thing however was Ivan’s warm personality, kindness, and him being a man who values his family and guests. The pesto was out of this world and overall it was stellar! Thank you again!!
: An amazing experience! Ivan and his family were amazing hosts. We learned how to make pesto traditionally and gnocchi as well. He has everyone engaged in helping make the dishes and then treated us to a beautiful lunch on his home in the garden area. There were 4 courses total, each was exceptional. What a wonderful experience sharing a meal with folks from around the world and having someone open their home for us to experience. I cannot recommend this enough - a must do if you are near Rapallo area!
