    Visiteremo insieme il mio orto, dove vi racconterò la scelta degli ortaggi e la loro stagionalità. Potremo raccoglierli e cucinarli insieme, mentre vi insegnerò la cultura della cucina partenopea utilizzando prodotti a km 0.

    Raccoglieremo i limoni del mio frutteto e vi spiegherò come preparare un limoncello di qualità. Assaggerete il vino prodotto dalla mia famiglia e potrete ammirare una vista meravigliosa sul Vesuvio e sull'intera penisola.

    Vi insegnerò a preparare un gelato al limone con i frutti del mio orto che raccoglieremo insieme e vi spiegherò come utilizzare le bucce per preparare un ottimo limoncello.

    Cooking with Alessandra was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. She is warm, welcoming and completely charming. We learned so much about traditional Italian cooking. And of course, everything we made was DELICIOUS!! We could have stayed all day!! Grazie mille!

    An absolutely wonderful evening. We were met by Alessandra and greeted warmly then driven to her beautiful home. With views of Vesuvius and thunder gently rumbling in the background, surrounded by lovely gardens filled with fresh produce we would use in our cooking- it was magical. Alessandra clearly explained what we were making and how to do it and we had great fun making the fresh pasta dough. Then we made the tiramisu while the dough rested, afterwards making spaghetti and ravioli. It was so much fun! We ate our delicious meal with wine made from Alessandra’s grapes and a limoncello from her lemons and all felt so calm and not rushed. It was one of our favourite evenings on a holiday ever and a really special experience in Sorrento. Thank you so much.

    Alessandra was an incredible host and terrific teacher. We took the class our teenage son and daughter and they really enjoyed it as well. We’ve never made homemade pasta and she made it very easy to learn while making it fun. Alessandra’s home and garden are beautiful with amazing views of Mt Vesuvius and the surrounding landscape. We felt so welcome and and comfortable. We shared some fun stories and Alessandra was totally happy to hear them and also share some of her own. We also went boating to Capri and Sorrento and our children said the cooking class was their favorite activity. Don’t miss out. We definitely recommend this class!! Thanks Alessandra!!!

    The cooking class with Allesandra was an amazing experience with my two young nieces ages 21, 13, my Sister in Law, and I. She is a wonderful chef who opened her lovely home (kitchen) with an amazing view from her living room and terrace. We learned how to cook two different pastas and tiramisu for dessert. We drank prosecco, limoncello and ate what we cooked. It is a must do and with her!!! She also teaches a pizza making class in the morning. Her garden and home is up in the hills of Sorrento. I am so glad we took her class and we met her :) I will recommend her to all my family And friends. She shared all the recipes we made took lots of pictures, videos and made a tik tok of us too !! I can’t wait to go back and visit her and Sorrento again ❤️🇮🇹💋

    Sorrento, terra di sirene che tentarono Ulisse e patria di Torquato Tasso, offre momenti di poesia tra calette segrete, panorami mozzafiato e soste gustose, come a casa della nostra Cesarina Alessandra. "Amo la cucina tradizionale e mi appassionano i lievitati, soprattutto la pizza napoletana realizzata con il mio lievito madre, con cui faccio pani profumati, di qualsiasi tipo di farina". Alla sua tavola sapori di mare e di terra, ricette della tradizione culinaria sorrentina,  profumata e gustosa.
