La tua esperienza

    Bruschettiamoci con verdure, ortaggi, molluschi e vino. Oggi voglio proporre un menù speciale a modo mio. La materia prima sarà il famoso pane di Altamura, che tosterò su una piastra in ghisa. Le bruschette saranno accompagnate da cinque gusti diversi per accontentare tutti, ma soprattutto chi apprezza l'importanza delle materie prime. Il tutto sarà condito con olio extravergine d'oliva proveniente dal frantoio di Andria (Castel del Monte). Non può mancare la tipica focaccia barese, che assaggeremo accostata a deliziose mozzarelle locali. Per concludere, ci sarà il dessert "sporcamuss", un dolce barese. Vi aspetto calorosamente nella mia villetta, immersa nel verde rilassante di una foresta.

    We had a fantastic cooking class with Fernanda, Lisa, Rosa and the husbands, and it was the best experiences of our vacation, or maybe ever! From the warm welcome with a drink and snack to learning how to make tiramisu and orecchiette, everything was perfect. Fernanda and her daughter guided us with such kindness and expertise, and humour that the cooking felt effortless. The care and attention to our wishes made the experience complete. Sharing a meal with the family, laughing, exchanging stories, and learning a bit of Italian gave us an unforgettable memory. We highly recommend this cooking class and will definitely return for another evening with Fernanda and the family. Thank you so much for the LEKKERE food! :-)

    I was hosted by Fernanda (la_cesarina_fernanda) and her family. Everyone was so warm I felt just like home. Fernanda teach me expertly how to prepare pasta from the semolina and warm water by hand and then to cook it with the tomatoes, olive oil, etc. We later ate the freshest pasta I've ever had and a tiramisu we also prepared earlier. I had a fantastic time, thank you Fernanda and your family for being so patient, dedicated, kind and welcoming!

    We had a lovely time with Cesarine Fernanda and her family .. they welcomed us to our home and taught us to make lovely Pasta and tiramisù like pros .. the whole evening Will be a highlight tò our trip tò Bari .. we loved our Nonna time, the fresh produce and the perfect wine and food in their lovely garden :)

    It Is out 3rd day in Bari but this will be so far the best experience we can have here. Fernanda and her family were super nice, She learnd us how to prepare different kind of Pasta and how to cook with passion! It was marvelous time with her. We will come back when back to Bari.
