In un'atmosfera familiare e accogliente, prepareremo insieme i deliziosi Ravioli Abruzzesi, conditi con una salsa di pomodoro fatta in casa. La ricetta è un’antica tradizione di famiglia, tramandata da mia madre, una cuoca esperta. Per il ripieno, utilizzeremo ricotta di pecora locale, formaggio pecorino stagionato grattugiato e salsiccia di maiale di alta qualità, provenienti dalle migliori aziende agricole abruzzesi. Ogni pasto è completato da una focaccia fatta in casa e accompagnato da un eccellente vino Montepulciano D'Abruzzo. Un'esperienza autentica per scoprire la cucina tradizionale abruzzese, fatta con amore e ingredienti locali.

: The experience at Stefania's was amazing! We had a lot of fun while cooking and talking and enjoyed the awesome hospitality of Stefania and her husband. The food was absolutely great and the organisation perfect. We loved to be in their elegant house, in their spacious kitchen, which combines modernity and tradition and we learned so many interesting facts about their history, culture, traditions. We highly admire both of them and we are honored to have been for a while with them. 5 stars from all points of view. A big hug from us all. 😀

: We (mother & daughter) were looking for a real Italian cooking class and Stefania was the most amazing host and chef! She knows everything about cooking and she shares all her knowledge with you. Her English is good, and a translating app helps for the more difficult words. Even before we arrived she contacted us for our wishes and made sure everything was beautifully prepared. We enjoyed our own cooking in the garden, and her husband Marcello joined us. We had such nice conversations about everything and we felt so welcome in their home. We would recommend everyone that visits the Abruzzen to also visit Stefania, you will experience an amazing cooking class and you will leave inspired! Janneke & Irene

Dalla pasta fatta in casa alle pizze, focacce, pane e dolci, la mia preparazione è variegata. Ho seguito corsi di panificazione con particolare attenzione alle caratteristiche delle farine. Mi reputo esperta nei primi piatti e amo condividere momenti conviviali, arricchiti da una selezione eccellente di vini nella mia cantina!
