    Iniziamo il nostro viaggio gastronomico con le irresistibili pizzonte, tradizionali pizze fritte farcite con peperoni, uova, salumi selezionati e formaggi locali, accompagnate dal mio pane fatto in casa. Per il primo, vi sorprenderà la pasta alla chitarra, preparata con il tradizionale strumento "Lu carrature", condita con una salsa di pomodoro preparata in casa e arricchita con carni scelte. Il tutto sarà perfettamente accompagnato dal vino Montepulciano DOC, nelle varianti Cerasuolo e Rosso, per esaltare ogni piatto. Concluderemo con il mio tiramisù segreto. Per un’esperienza unica, godrete di tutto all'aperto, immersi in un'atmosfera romantica nel nostro giardino.

    If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Abruzzo, look no further than Stefania’s cooking class. From the moment we arrived, she and her husband welcomed us with open arms, making us feel less like guests and more like old friends. Stefania’s passion for traditional Abruzzese cuisine shines through in every dish she teaches. With warmth, patience, and incredible expertise, she guided us through the preparation of regional specialties, sharing the kind of secrets you’d only get from a seasoned Italian Cesarina. Each ingredient had a story, and every bite was infused with the love and care that defines true Italian cooking. Beyond the food, the experience was pure joy filled with laughter, good conversation, and plenty of wine. By the end of the class, we weren’t just leaving with new skills, but with memories of a beautiful evening spent in the company of two wonderful hosts. If you have the chance to take this class, do it. It's not just about learning recipes—it's about experiencing the warmth, tradition, and heart of Italian cooking. Grazie mille, Stefania!

    My husband and I came to Italy on our honeymoon and when we traveled to Montesilvano, we found this cooking class online. It was by FAR the best experience we had at the beach! I cannot put into words just how wonderful Stefania and her family are, we were treated like more than family! She is a truly gifted teacher and chef, and when it was time to eat we all sat around the table and her husband told us about the wine we were drinking. We had a long conversation about any and everything, what a truly incredible experience!! Stefania and her family are remarkably generous, and kind! Thank you, Stefania for such an unforgettable night!!! For anyone who is looking into taking a class with Stefania, I promise you will not regret it!! :)

    We had an amazing experience cooking in Stefania's lovely home. She is a fabulous teacher and the food was authentic Abruzzi cuisine - and delicious. Her husband Marcello was a fabulous host as well and we enjoyed lovely wine and Moscato. Would highly recommend this experience!

    Stefania & her husband Marcello were an absolute delight. Stefania’s love for her family , suns & music, and her love for today’s only guest ( thank you !!) Teaching me some delicious cooking ( gnocchi 2x in tomato and artisjok , pasta Guitara in tomato & minimeatballs, with parmezaan, the Tiramisu,. All the extra’s to tell and teach me, lots of laughs and a bit singing . Her expertise and knowledge covered me with much energy. Best way to end a week trekking in the Abruzzen! ! I enjoyed the lunch outside in their cosy garden, & the conversation .It was Truly, one of the highlights of my trip to the Abrruzo. I highly recommend this experience with Stefania ( and Marcello ) And hope to see them again in Itsly or Holland. My home is your home! Thank you Stefania & Marcello.

Dalla pasta fatta in casa alle pizze, focacce, pane e dolci, la mia preparazione è variegata. Ho seguito corsi di panificazione con particolare attenzione alle caratteristiche delle farine. Mi reputo esperta nei primi piatti e amo condividere momenti conviviali, arricchiti da una selezione eccellente di vini nella mia cantina!
