Sono Milanese di origine ma Valdostana di adozione, vivo qui da 10 anni ma ho sempre passato le mie vacanze in Valle, e la sua cucina per me è sempre stato sinonimo di vacanza e benessere. Nella vita di tutti i giorni alla mia famiglia cucino piatti gustosi ma salutari, ma quando invito amici e famigliari mi piace scatenarmi a preparare piatti più elaborati e ricchi, come spesso sono quelli della tradizione montanara.

Wir machten das zum ersten Mal und es war ein sehr gelungener Abend. Wir wurden von Andrea herzlich willkommen geheissen. Sie hat uns gezeigt, wie sie die Ravioli selbst herstellt und sie waren auch sehr lecker. Zuvor haben wir als Antipasto vom hiesigen Käse und von einer ausgezeichneten Wurst probiert. Als Hauptgericht gab es auch selbst gemachte Involtini mit Käse und Schinken, denn im Aostatal sind Käse und Schinken typische Zutaten eines Gerichts. Und am Schluss hatten wir eine Crema die Cogne - eine Art Schokoladenmousse, die hier auch sehr beliebt ist. Es wäre noch schöner gewesen, wenn sie Zeit gehabt hätte, mit uns zu essen. Andrea hat uns vieles über die hiesigen Essgewohnheiten erzählt. Es war ein spannender Abend und wir können sie gerne empfehlen.

A thoroughly enjoyable morning. Ebike tour of Aosta Valley which included a visit to an apple orchard, delicious pastries and finished with a cheese & meat board in the most beautiful setting. This was more than a traditional walking street food tour. A wonderful way to explore the beautiful valley with a friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful host. I felt well looked after and relaxed. What a lovely and unique experience cooking at Adriana`s home! We learned how to make 2 kinds of pasta and tiramisu, and it was delicious. We felt that Adriana went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
