- Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful guide, ideal location just a fantastic experience altogether would recommend to anyone
- Anna was the best host and teacher. We made so many different types of pasta and we also made Tiramisù which I would have eaten the whole dish if I wasn’t already so full from the pasta. I would highly recommend making pasta with Anna, it was definitely the highlight of my whole trip!

- Anna Maria is a very warm and enthusiastic person. Her patience and love of cooking was most remarkable. We absolutely highly recommend her if you’re looking (or even just considering) to take a quick course on fresh pasta and tiramisu. As you may have read, reaching Anna’s house when arriving to her address on Via San Venerio is a bit tricky as you need to get up the hill not the house with all the bags of earth and plants ( it’s a bit higher still). CBut she does share pictures so it’s quite manageable. Many thanks go to her husband Alberto who is very also very generous of his time. Grazie mile anchora Anna :-)
