La mia cucina è’ molto legata ad una prima materia del mio territorio . Abbinamenti semplici però di sapore unico dove ogni ingrediente viene risaltato .Quando mi metto ai fornelli sono felice , i miei piatti sono un insieme di ricordi e di sapori di quando ero piccola ed erano mia nonna e mia madre a cucinare ad oggi che sono io a cucinare per la mia famiglia . Per i miei cari faccio spesso la pasta fresca e anche i condimenti come il pesto o la salsa di noci a seconda la stagione . Mi diverto molto anche a fare i dolci dal tiramisù alla torta di mele e alla torta di riso dolce .

I'm so glad we booked a class with Giulia (instead of some other classes, which would have been in a huge group of people!) I didn't expect us to be the only 2 people cooking with her. Giulia was lovely to spend a few hours with chatting and learning about her life, and telling her about ours. We had delicious appetizers and aperol spritzs. It was so fun to make the pasta and learn her techniques (we have made ravioli at home before, but these turned out much prettier!) The simplest way to prepare the lunch was absolutely delicious, and we've made it a few times since returning home. Would highly recommend a class with Giulia to everyone!

We had a great time with Giulia. No pressure, relaxed setting and an enjoyable experience. Giulia was patient, explained what we were doing well and needed to do better 😀, and we enjoyed the small bites and drinks she has available during the class. Highly recommend!

My granddaughter and I had the most delightful time learning to make ravioli, tagliatelle pasta, and tiramisu from Giulia! Giulia is an excellent teacher, very encouraging of our efforts to follow her instructions, and we enjoyed a delightful lunch of all the delicious Italian foods we made! We strongly encourage others to book this experience. Very much worth your time.

I took Guilia's pasta and tiramisu class and enjoyed every second of the class! She was welcoming and knowledgeable and had lots of love for cooking that you could feel. She didn't just tell us what to do but she also explained why we needed to do it. Her bruschetta was amazing! The wine was delicious and the food we made was delicious. Would take another class from Guilia in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Guilia, for sharing your evening with me.

Spent two weeks in Italy and cooking with Guilia was by far our favorite - and something we will bring home and practice in Alaska! Guilia is a wonderful chef, clever and lovely. Our four hours of making pastas and dessert was authentic, easy to understand and so delicious! Highly recommend!
