"Vivo a Genova, in zona Foce dove sfocia il fiume Bisagno, lungo il quale i cosiddetti 'Besagnini' coltivavano i propri orti nel Medioevo. Dalla mia abitazione, a pochi passi dal centro storico, si possono ammirare i famosi Forti di Genova e il noto monte Fasce. Padre Emiliano e mamma Toscana mi hanno trasmesso la passione per la buona tavola con ricette semplici. Amo condividere esperienze gastronomiche con amici e parenti."

: Daniela was amazing, she was very kind, very informative and I feel like a made a friend. We made several recipes together and I learned a lot, can’t wait to make the pasta and sauces at home. I would highly recommend Daniela and I look forward to taking another class with her when I’m back in Genoa.
: O thoroughly enjoyed the class! From the minute I arrived I let as if I was in the home of a friend. Very hands on process to make 2 pastas and two sauces AND tiramisu. Just a delightful experience. Highly recommend.
: Daniela was such a great teacher and we learned to make two pastas, two sauces and tiramisu, all were delicious. The best part though was meeting Daniela, I feel like a made a friend. I highly recommend this and I look forward to doing it again!
: Daniela welcomed us as friends and shared with a generosity her family receipies, her cooking tips and a lot of memories. We cooked delicious pasta and the best tiramisu I had ever eaten. I feel confident I can cook it again ;-) I highly recommand! It is also a perfect activity to do with a teenager.
