"Le delizie di Tiziana, sono un mix di cucina tradizionale ligure , con contaminazioni veneziane e calabresi.  La mia famiglia ha origini legate a queste tre regioni e la mia passione per la cucina e l’ accoglienza nasce da quando ero una bambina. Già a otto anni organizzavo le feste  a casa mia e sceglievo il menù con la mia mamma Maria, veneziana doc cresciuta a Genova, che mi aiutava e nel frattempo io imparavo. Nella mia dimora, che si trova nel cuore di Genova ubicata in una “creuza de ma “ ad un passo dal Centro storico di Genova, propongo una cucina molto eclettica: dal cappon magro della tradizione ligure nella sua dimensione più sfarzosa , alla cima curata come una divinità che si realizza dopo lunghi passaggi, per finire con il pesto, preparato con il basilico  raccolto nel giorno giusto appena germogliato. Una cucina che trasmette amore oltre che gusto e buon umore per giorni e giorni".

We had a wonderful morning with Tiziana and Roberto. Tiziana is a wonderful cook and teacher, Roberto translated into English for us and both were warm and friendly hosts. We loved making the pastas and tiramisu and under Tiziana’s tutorage it tasted great! While we ate, we enjoyed Roberto’s information about Genoa. We would highly recommend this experience.

I had a great time doing the pasta and tiramisu class with Tiziana. Her and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The food we made in the class was delicious and the additional dishes that Tiziana made to accompany our meal were amazing. I feel like I learned enough in the class to try making pasta on my own so I’ve bought a pasta machine and will give it a go.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Tiziana and Roberto! They were such gracious hosts and made us feel right at home. We learned to make pasta and tiramisu, and the instructions were easy to follow and the food was delicious. They sent us the photos they took, so we didn't have to worry about taking pictures and could immerse ourselves into the experience. We also received a copy of the recipes so that we can create them again and again at home. I highly recommend Tiziana and encourage others to book this experience as well.

Our time with Tiziana and Roberto was unbelievable. We booked this experience at the last minute (the night before) when our other plans got canceled due to weather. Tiziana was quick to let us know how to find their location. It was a blessing to be able to meet them and learn from them. Their home was so welcoming and we will never forget the memories we made.
