Ciao da Dina!

La passione per cucina trova le radici nelle ricette tradizionale che abbiamo sempre realizzato in famiglia , la pasta fatta in casa ...i ravioli , il sugo della domenica ,le crostate e i dolci tradizionali delle feste di Pasqua..Con il passare degli anni è cresciuta la voglia di mettersi un po' in gioco e provare la cucina di altri paesi o ricette piu' innovative ,ma sempre con lo sguardo attento ai prodotti genuini , e quando possibile del nostro orto .
