La passione per cucina trova le radici nelle ricette tradizionale che abbiamo sempre realizzato in famiglia , la pasta fatta in casa ...i ravioli , il sugo della domenica ,le crostate e i dolci tradizionali delle feste di Pasqua..Con il passare degli anni è cresciuta la voglia di mettersi un po' in gioco e provare la cucina di altri paesi o ricette piu' innovative ,ma sempre con lo sguardo attento ai prodotti genuini , e quando possibile del nostro orto .

- What an amazing experience! I had another booking cancel on me because I was the only person to be in the tour, but Dina and Giorgio happily had me in their home where there was so much food! I loved being able to see a traditional Italian home!
- A truly wonderful experience! I enjoyed this class very much. The hosts were very kind and friendly and they were very generous inviting me into their home and teaching me. I became immersed in their beautiful, happy family life. This is a very special class that I would highly recommend!
- We booked an evening with Dina and her family, to cook and dine with them. Right from the start we felt very welcome and enjoyed making the ravioli and tiramisu. With the clear instructions we made some delicious pasta! Another thing we liked was the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and Dinas company.
