Ciao da Errico!

La mia cucina è legata alla tradizione culinaria Aretina e Toscana, la pasta è rigorosamente fatta a mano (pici, tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli) con condimento di carne ( ragù di coniglio, anatra, piccione, faraona, cinghiale, capriolo), gli arrosti sono la mia specialità ( coniglio ed anatra in porchetta, in particolare). Per gli antipasti pappa al pomodoro e crostini di fegatini non possono mai mancare nella tavola di un toscano. Per i dolci la scelta va sempre nel segno della tradizione, cantucci, crostate, ricciarelli, cavallucci. Il tutto accompagnato da del buon vino.

Errico was an excellent host showing us how to prepare the different plates. He was very kind and patient with us while we were preparing the plates. It was a very nice experience with him. Nest time we got to Arezzo, we'll ask for have another dinner and maybe another class. Thanks Errico!!

My friend and I are from the U.S. and are staying in Arezzo a couple of weeks. We were very happy with our cooking lesson at Errico’s home. We arrived early because we were very excited about learning with a real chef and sommelier. Errico was patient with us as students, and showed us what to do step by step. We chopped vegetables, made pasta from scratch, and prepared an amazing dessert. We enjoyed delicious dishes (panzanella, pici with ragu, ricotta dessert) we look forward to trying at home. Plus, Errico kindly suggested landmarks to visit and a few local restaurants that offer true regional cuisine. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Errico (chef Banco, (and sommelier) was a wonderful chef! I enjoyed rolling pasta with him and watching him cook. Me and my friend Margie had a great time talking with him and his friends at dinner. The meal was outstanding with plenty of delicious food and wine. I will cherish this experience forever.
