Sono un'amante dei piatti della tradizione, soprattutto i secondi. Mi piace però sperimentare tanto con gli antipasti e i sughi dei primi piatti. La mia più grande passione è la pasticceria, adoro sperimentare dolci nuovi, anche se la crostata resta il mio dolce preferito. Mi piace che le persone che vengono a casa mia siano a loro agio, in una situazione confortevole e informale, ma allo stesso tempo ricca di tante cose buone da gustare e tante risate da fare insieme.

Martina welcomed us with such warmth and guided us through the evening with an energy that was truly contagious. We laughed a lot, cooked together, and learned new things along the way.
