Wir machen zusammen den Teig für eine traditionelle italienische Pizza und backen dann entweder eine klassische Pizza Margherita mit Mozzarella, geschälten Tomaten (Tomatensauce) und Basilikum oder eine Pizza mit Zutaten der Saison. Wir machen zusammen den Teig für eine Focaccia und backen die klassische italienische Focaccia, die man einfach so genießen oder belegen kann. Wir können auch eine reichhaltigere Focaccia mit Kirschtomaten und Zwiebeln oder anderen saisonalen Zutaten machen. Zum Abschluss gibt's einen Klassiker der italienischen Küche: das traditionelle Tiramisu.
We had an amazing time cooking with Fernanda and her family! They welcomed us so warmly, and everything felt truly authentic. We learned to make classic Sicilian dishes, enjoyed great food, and shared a lovely meal together. A wonderful and genuine experience — highly recommended!

A highlight of our trip! Fernanda and her daughter were the best hosts, we felt so welcomed from the moment we started. Both were very patient and explained thoroughly the processes also sharing their knowledge and answering our questions. We finished with eating our products with the family over conversation. My wife and i were on our honeymoon and looking for an authentic Sicilian experience when we came across Fernanda’s pasta-making class, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, Fernanda and her wonderful family welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like part of their own.
The entire experience was beyond what we expected. We learned how to make several types of pasta, including tortellini, gnocchi, and ravioli with delicious homemade fillings. Fernanda and her sister also shared insights into Sicilian culinary traditions that made us appreciate the culture even more.
There was plenty of laughter, amazing food (we ate until we were stuffed!), wine flowing freely, and a sense of warmth and joy that’s hard to put into words. By the end, it felt like we were leaving a family dinner, not a cooking class.

I had the most wonderful experience at Fernanda’s cooking class! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed into her beautiful home. Fernanda, along with her sister and daughter, guided us through the process of making fresh, authentic Italian pasta from scratch. Their passion for cooking and sharing Italian culture truly shined throughout the experience.
One of the things I appreciated most was how helpful they all were with translating Italian, making sure everyone could follow along and feel included regardless of language barriers. It made the class feel even more personal and engaging. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and full of laughter—and of course, the pasta we made was absolutely delicious!
If you're looking for a unique, hands-on cooking experience in a warm and authentic setting, I highly recommend Fernanda's class. It was one of the highlights of my trip!
