Local market tour and cooking class

Food Tour: discover the best places where to taste the finest local food & wine

To begin, we will take a short tour of the local market, where we will purchase typical Apulian zero-kilometer products, such as vegetables and fruits, which we will use in our cooking lesson. The cooking class will be held at my home, located in the heart of Altamura's historic center, from which you can enjoy a marvelous view of the cathedral. Together, we will learn how to make the traditional fresh Apulian pasta: orecchiette.

We will start by selecting the ingredients, then proceed with preparing the dough, and conclude with a special toast and a tasting of seasonal local products.
