You will enter my home as guests, not as customers.

This experience is a journey through the slow time of ragù, which fills the kitchen with its aroma for hours. I will welcome you with an aperitif prepared with local products. In the kitchen, I will tell you about my meat ragù, made as it used to be, without haste, with traditional methods and simple but carefully chosen ingredients: because ragù is not just a dish, but a ritual to be shared. You can watch, ask questions, browse among the pots and pans and listen to family stories. At the table, we will enjoy a delicious plate of fresh pasta topped with our ragù. All this will be accompanied by excellent local wine and lots of conversation and laughter.

"I express my love for cooking in various recipes handed down and revisited. My main dishes are: cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna, stuffed pasta; I enrich them with imagination, good taste and seasonality. I use zero kilometer products, I like to decorate dishes with flowers and herbs. I prepare second courses of meat and fish, combining them with excellent wines. To finish on a sweet note, I prepare tarts, tiramisu, fruit pies ".
