    In the beautiful town of Bressanone, I invite you to discover the authentic art of fresh handmade pasta, passed down through generations of Italian tradition. Together we’ll use durum wheat semolina or fresh eggs, carefully selecting local, high-quality ingredients. This will be a true culinary journey, blending the flavors of Campania with the traditions of South Tyrol, inspired by recipes handed down from Italian Nonnas. Before our pasta-making class begins, I’ll welcome you with a traditional aperitivo: local cured meats such as speck and sausages, goat cheese, the unique “grey cheese” with onion, fruit chutneys, and delicious homemade bites. Join me for an unforgettable Italian cooking experience filled with taste, culture, and fun!

    "I express my love for cooking in various recipes handed down and revisited. My main dishes are: cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna, stuffed pasta; I enrich them with imagination, good taste and seasonality. I use zero kilometer products, I like to decorate dishes with flowers and herbs. I prepare second courses of meat and fish, combining them with excellent wines. To finish on a sweet note, I prepare tarts, tiramisu, fruit pies ".
