I look forward to welcoming you to my village, nestled among rolling hills dotted with olive groves and vineyards, where the air is filled with the scent of must and freshly baked bread. I will guide you through a cooking class where tradition comes to life: we will knead flour and eggs as our grandmothers did, transforming simple ingredients into gestures steeped in memory.

We will prepare soft, authentic gnocchi, the kind you would eat on a family Sunday, and accompany them with full-bodied, authentic local wine and bruschetta seasoned with extra virgin olive oil from our land. It will be an experience filled with smiles, stories and authentic flavours, a convivial moment in which every gesture speaks of home. I look forward to seeing you, ready to get your hands dirty and take a piece of my land home with you.

"I express my love for cooking in various recipes handed down and revisited. My main dishes are: cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna, stuffed pasta; I enrich them with imagination, good taste and seasonality. I use zero kilometer products, I like to decorate dishes with flowers and herbs. I prepare second courses of meat and fish, combining them with excellent wines. To finish on a sweet note, I prepare tarts, tiramisu, fruit pies ".
