    Come with me to discover the authentic and genuine flavors of my land. My cooking is simple and traditional, which is why we’ll start our day with a visit to the local market, where we’ll carefully choose only fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Here, we’ll select the fish and vegetables we need, and then return home to prepare dishes rich in history and flavor together. I’ll guide you through every step, so you can easily recreate the recipes at home. We’ll make an appetizer, a first course, a main course, and a dessert, and I can also create a completely vegetarian menu. My specialties include mussels in lemon leaves, caponata, eggplant parmigiana, peperonata, pasta alla Norma, tagliolini with mixed seafood, and much more... I look forward to welcoming you!

    Born and raised in Syracuse, a land rich in history and tradition, I have always had a strong passion for the restaurant and hospitality world. After working in various establishments abroad, including London and Malta, I have gained solid experience that allows me to interact with an international clientele. My cooking is simple and traditional, inspired by family recipes and the authentic flavors of Sicily. I enjoy gathering aromatic herbs like wild mint and fennel to enhance my dishes. My culinary offerings include dishes such as parmigiana, caponata, Palermo-style sardines, cavatelli alla norma, meatballs in sauce, mixed fish spaghetti, and my specialty: mussels wrapped in lemon leaves. All dishes are prepared with seasonal, local ingredients, respecting tradition.
