In my charming kitchen, I’ll teach you how to knead and roll out the dough by hand, using the traditional rolling pin technique, before preparing delicious ravioli stuffed with seasonal vegetables. After the class, we’ll settle into the dining room, where antique furniture blends with modern touches, plants, works of art and tasteful accessories. We’ll enjoy the main course, fresh from the kitchen, and a delicious traditional dessert, strudel, accompanied by a fine local or Friulian wine.

- Giovanna and my family cooked home made ravioli and tiramisu, we learned great practices. My sons are 16 and 11 years old, they enjoyed the cooking and could follow the English instructions easily. The dinner was really nice, I highly suggest this program with Giovanna.
- This was very fun and entertaining. We know how to make pasta but still learned a bunch of information and will use it when returning home. The meal was fantastic. The instructor was great. I highly recommend.
