    In my charming kitchen, I’ll teach you how to knead and roll out the pasta by hand, using the traditional rolling pin technique, before preparing delicious ravioli filled with seasonal vegetables. After the lesson, we’ll settle into the dining room, where antique furniture blends with modern touches, plants, works of art and tasteful accessories. At my beautifully laid antique table, we’ll enjoy the freshly prepared first course and a delicious traditional dessert, strudel, accompanied by a fine local or Friulian wine.

    Very good food. We could watch what she made (but many things already prepared). Nothing we could do ourselves. That was disappointing. But she could make very good food. I was hoping we could make the sauce of ravioli ourselves, or bruscetta or anything. Now it was more a watch someone make excellent food.

    The most amazing experience! It was such a pleasure to learn from a master, from a warm welcome to a delicious dinner accompanied by wine and homemade liqueurs, this is easily a highlight of our trip. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu (with cherries for an amazing twist on a classic) will be a memory that last forever. Thank you endlessly Giovanna !

    Wow! Homemade pasta, sea bass and asparagus. Fresh made tiramisu but with fruit not coffee. A great spring meal. Giovanna was great with a tour ofa typical shopping excursion. Absolutely recommend!!

    We experienced a wonderful traditional Italian cooking class today. Visited several markets in the morning before spending an hour preparing homemade pasta with see bass and asparagus. And then strawberry tiramisu. All delicious!
