We will prepare a timeless first course: tagliatelle with meat sauce. A simple dish but definitely rich in flavor and taste. For dessert, you will learn how to make an excellent ricotta cake on a base of zabaglione cream, a classic grandmother's recipe that has always won everyone over. Everything will be accompanied by a selection of wines, including the renowned Cesanese from Lazio.
