An immersion in the culture of Lepine flavors begins with a rich appetizer consisting of salumi and cheeses from Latium, accompanied by fresh seasonal vegetables from zero kilometers and varieties of bruschetta. This is followed by a timeless first course: tagliatelle with meat sauce. A simple dish but certainly rich in flavor and taste. As a final dessert, we will delight you with an excellent ricotta cake on a zabaglione cream base, a classic grandmother's recipe that has always won everyone over. Everything will be accompanied by a selection of wines, including the renowned Cesanese from Lazio.
