You will be greeted with a rich appetizer consisting of salumi and cheeses from Lazio, accompanied by fresh seasonal zero-mile vegetables and varieties of bruschetta. Together we will prepare a timeless first course: tagliatelle with meat sauce. A simple dish but definitely rich in flavor and taste. For dessert, learn how to prepare an excellent ricotta cake on a base of zabaglione cream, a classic grandmother's recipe that has always won everyone over. Everything will be accompanied by a selection of wines, including the renowned Cesanese from Lazio.
