Your experience
Matrix-style potato dumplings or frascachiei, typical of Normandy tradition, served with tomato sauce or meat sauce (sausages, stew, pork chops). Another delicious dish is meat in gravy, straccetti with arugula and slivers or with red onion and arugula. You can also enjoy deviled or baked chicken with potatoes and onions, alongside a side of seasonal vegetables. For dessert, you can choose from wine donuts, tiramisu, classic ricotta cake or with fruit or chocolate chips, all accompanied by a delicate zabaglione cream. We will close the meal with a good coffee. A culinary journey through the authentic flavors of Normandy cuisine!
