During the course, you will learn to make three iconic dishes of Sicilian cuisine: a rich and flavorful eggplant parmigiana, maccheroni al ferretto, a traditional handmade dish, and a delicious tiramisu. I will guide you step by step through each phase, sharing with you the secrets of our cooking.

For seafood lovers, I offer delicious swordfish rolls, a typical recipe that enhances the rich taste of the fish with a flavorful and aromatic filling. I also prepare Messinese-style meat rolls, small bites filled with breadcrumbs, cheese, and Mediterranean herbs for an explosion of taste. My cuisine features a variety of seafood and meat-based first and second courses, always cooked with passion and respect for traditional recipes, to offer an authentic and flavorful experience.
