    We will prepare irresistible gnocchi together, to be enjoyed with buffalo mozzarella or in the Sicilian version, with fried eggplant, fragrant basil, and salted ricotta from Catania. Everything will be paired with an excellent wine from our vineyards. To end on a sweet note, you will taste a traditional dessert, followed by aromatic coffee and a sip of rosolio, the classic Sicilian liqueur. An authentic experience filled with genuine flavors, conviviality, and tradition!

    Annalisa Maria lives in Piedimonte, a characteristic village in the Etna area and near the sea of Taormina. Her home is a place of peace and relaxation, where to eat and listen to music. A childhood rich in home cooking and a culinary tradition, which has been handed down for generations, are the main ingredients of her cuisine. The pasta is strictly homemade, with passion and with organic and fresh products at km 0. The wine served is a mixture of Nerello Mascalese and Nero d'Avola, produced with love by the small family vineyards and by her father.
